The comfortable Apartment Felix is located on the 1st floor and offers space for 4–5 people. It features two bedrooms and a large 30 m² living room. In addition to sofas and armchairs, the living room has a 5th proper bed (200x90 cm) – not a sofa bed – ensuring a comfortable sleep. Two air conditioning units provide a pleasant indoor climate.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 5-ring stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a covered terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors. Garden furniture is also provided on the veranda, and a barbecue area by the pool is available for shared use.

Guests can enjoy the heated communal swimming pool (open for swimming from April to October) in the garden, as well as a cozy barbecue area and pavilion for social gatherings. The entire complex is completely fenced. Free private parking is available in the courtyard. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garden house, and a cycling map with tour descriptions is provided.
