주인은 아주 친절하고 주방엔 조리를 위한 모든 것이 있었어요. 디만 화장실을 포함해 환기 시설이 없는 점은 아쉬웠어요. 10월의 밤은 약간 쌀쌀해 난방이 필요했는데 벽걸이 냉난방기를 사용해야 하고, 위치는 아주 나쁘진 않았지만 시내와는 거리가 있어서 우버택시나 버스를 이용해야 합니다.

Linda was fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable; responsive. She connected us with a ride from the airport. Only downside was that we didn’t get to spend a bit more time talking with her.
Shawn and his lovely wife were were wonderful & gracious guests. They followed my house rules, kept in contact with me and left my place in perfect condition. I would be happy to have this adorable family back again 😊
Lovely affordable apartment to stay!! We felt comfortable and our host was so so lovely!! The breakfasts items for self catering provided were really good and the facilities inside the flat were top notch! Our only concern was parking issue which was a bit annoying at time due to having to park up a hill around 50-100m away from the apartment but we managed fine and understood that it is a location problem rather than the hosts! Apart from that I think it’s a good stay for a couple who want to visit split and also want something affordable and well equipped! Little bit of a shame there was no balcony so felt we could not be outside near our apartment but lounge was provided inside the apartment , but we like the outdoor option!! There was a patio area out the front but was in the street and didn’t feel to private. Apartment was very clean and the host was very responsive and made us feel very welcome! ❤️

Linda was an amazing host, proposing a fantastic apartment with a complete set of services. She was kind, proactive, and welcoming, making the stay feel cosy and well-equipped. However, be warned that the apartment is a bit far from the tourist area if you’re only on foot.

Linda est très agréable, accueillante et de réactive. Elle s’est montrée arrangeante et compréhensive lorsque nous avons dû avancer notre horaire d’arrivée. Le logement est propre, cosy, spacieux et calme. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Nous recommandons sans problèmes !

super friendly host, good location for our stay and nice and tidy apartment
Linda was an incredible host that went above and beyond to help us when our flight was delayed then all our luggage was lost. She is extremely friendly and responsive. The place is very clean and the shower was great. Linda stocked the kitchen with things for breakfast including yogurts that we really enjoyed. The location was perfect for Ultra. The washer was very convenient when our luggage finally arrived so we could do some laundry. This place is a great location option and we would totally come back here during our next visit! One thing to note is that it is close to the church so the bells go off multiple times an hour. This did not disturb me but did disturb my partner that is a lighter sleeper.
La casa estaba impecable y tenias desayuno incluido. Linda siempre se mostró dispuesta a ayudar, no se puede pedir mas.
Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Ruhig gelegen in einem mittelständischen Wohnviertel außerhalb des Zentrums. Es war sehr nett, dass viele Kleinigkeiten wie Toast, Milch, Joghurt und Kaffee bereitgestellt wurden. Das den etwas höheren Preis wieder relativiert. Linda war extrem nett und entspannt. Das hat mir meinen Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert! Alles in allem empfehlenswert 👍🏼

Une excellente adresse ! Linda est une hôte adorable, très accueillante et toujours réactive dans ses échanges. L’appartement était génial, confortable et bien situé : nous avons pu découvrir Split à pied en une vingtaine de minutes. Les petits déjeuners étaient super, un vrai plus ! Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter. Ce fut une superbe expérience à Split, merci encore Linda !

Linda was a very friendly host and was very Proactive to help. The accommodation is very cozy and Linda made sure it was a comfortable stay. about 30minutes walk to the city center, about 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop if you Wana avoid the walk. Recommend this listing.
Good stay, down the end of a very narrow road which can be difficult If you have a car, parking on the main road is available. Room was good, has a small kitchenette with amenities provided, spare living room to eat and relax. overall good stay for a few days. would recommend.

Wir waren fünf Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Linda wenden und sie hat schnell geantwortet und sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Fünf Minuten von einem Einkaufladen entfernt und eine halbe Stunde ans Meer.
Linda was an amazing host. Before we arrived, she offered to arrange a pick-up service for us who brought us right to the door upon arrival in Split. She was very friendly, greeted us at the door and gave us clear instructions and even many recommendations for good places to eat, what to do in Split and offered to book day trips to neighboring cities / islands for us. Linda made herself available to us anytime we had any requests or questions, and even completely stocked the fridge so we always had enough for breakfast each morning. With regards to the location, it was a peaceful quiet area, 25mins walk to the historic city centre. It was also very easy and quite cheap to call an Uber to bring us to the city centre, costing us only €7 per ride. All in all, we had a very lovely stay thanks to Linda. I highly recommend staying at Linda’s apartment if you’re looking for something cute with your friend/ partner, and a great host who will ensure a very comfortable pleasant stay!
Appartement loin de la zone touristique, au calme mais très facile d’accès avec plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité pour ce rendre dans le centre ville. Hôte très réactive par message et bienveillante. Je recommande, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Super séjour à Split chez linda, hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut dans le frigo était vraiment un plus. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. Linda est vraiment adorable, nous avons malencontreusement perdu les clés le dernier soir. Elle s'est montrée très compréhensive et nous a fourni un double et à même refusé que nous lui remboursions le prix de la clé. Un livret d'accueil est disponible avec tous les bons plans et les activités à faire à Split, de plus en cas de question Linda sait se rendre très disponible.
Linda a été adorable, disponible et réactive. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Des commerces sont à proximité. Néanmoins, l'appartement n'est pas tout à fait dans le centre (30 minutes du centre ville à peu près). Je recommande d'avoir une voiture car les transports en commun ne sont pas très développés (deux bus par heure et arrêt de la circulation à partir de 22h). Merci pour tout Linda, à la prochaine !
Super emplacement, 30 min de marche jusqu’au centre-ville, centre commercial pas loin du logement et d’autres petits commerces. Le logement est impeccable et l’hôte peut aider si besoins de conseils ou suggestions et propose également des excursions. J’ai passé un agréable séjour !

We really enjoyed our stay. Linda was very friendly and helpful, her husband picked us up from the airport. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Logement accessible en bus ou à 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Très bel accueil de la part de Linda, hôte réactive. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est un vrai plus ! Idéal pour un séjour à 2.
Linda herself was the most friendly, helpful, informative, kind person, and smiley (not a widely seen thing in the Balkans). The accommodation was brilliant. Access was easy. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is soft, the shower powerful, the flat is clean - all the things that matter. Linda adds her own spin of kindness with lots of little touches like a vanity bundle, beach towels and a variety of goods for breakfast including eggs , bread and granola to mention a few. The flat is in the suburbs about 25min walk downhill to the promenade and old town. Bolt/Uber home was €5 and is walkable. The neighbourhood is a community which includes a youth club where you can hear laughter and joy in the early evening - silence descends by 9pm. We stayed in a variety of Airbnb's throughout the Balkans and this was by far the best and most friendly. Linda lives in the same block and is available but not in anyway intrusive. Fabulous stay. Linda est une hôte qui s’est accueillir nous avons pu visiter Split (20min à pieds du cœur historique) , parking gratuit à 50m du logement qui est fort appréciable car tout est payant à des prix excessif dans le coin.Le petit déjeuner compris est un vrai plus, c’est appréciable d’avoir le frigo remplis quand on arrive !
Linda was a great host, My flight was little bit early and she was flexible enough with the check in. Also the apartment was clean, with all the amenities that were described. There was a really good portion of breakfast stuff, we got lots of eggs, jams, tea and coffee. And Linda responsiveness is one text away, she is readily available and there to help. The location is a little bit away from the old city, but that makes upto that you won't have any parking problems. Also the old city is a delightful 15minutes walk, so its do-able. All in all, all the money worth. If I'm in split again, will absoultely come back.

一切都很完美，物超所值，房东就住在楼上，沟通十分及时顺畅。除了步行至老城区需要25分钟左右以外，但这也属于能够接受的距离。
