Excellent location. Easy access. The apartment also offers parking, which is a big advantage for those arriving by car. Close to the tram station. For those who love nature, the Maksimir Zoo is within walking distance. Also for football fans, the Maksimir football stadium is also within walking distance. The city center is a few minutes away by tram. Overall - excellent
Helt fantastisk leilighet- bra beliggenhet, rent og komfortabelt. Eneste vi reagerte på var depositumet vi ble opplyst om dagen før ankomst, det stod ingenting om det i annonsen. Ellers var alt perfekt!
A beautiful apartment in a new building with a parking place in the garage (which is great) near a tram station if you don't want to use a car. Excellent!
Sve je bilo odlično jednostavno je pronaći smještaj, unutarnjost apartmana bolja nego na slikama. Komunikacija je bila super, sve pohvale domaćinu.

Good host and amazing unit
Stan u novogradnji, super opremljen i topao sa parking mjestom u garaži. i liftom od parking mijesta do stana. Samo par minuta pješice od stadiona Maksimir, ZOO vrta i tramvajske stanice. Super komunikacija sa Kristinom. Stan je bio čist i uredan, krevet udoban, perilica i sušilica rublja u jednome tako da nismo trebali nositi previše dodatne odjeće. Tih i miran kvart.
Smještaj je odlican, nalazi se u novoj stambenoj zgradi, blizu parka Maksimir i na odlicnoj lokaciji, blizina javnog prijevoza i dostupnog parkinga za automobil u garazi. Smjestaj je moderno uređen, sve je cisto i uredno, svaka preporuka za ovaj apartman
Lijep prostor, osjećali smo se ugodno. Cijena je u redu, s obzirom na što stan nudi. Sve je čisto bilo. Jedino nam se nije svidio prvi razgovor koji smo imali u vezi garaznog mjesta, voljeli bismo da ste imali malo topliji odnos sa nama i pitanjem kojeg smo postavili jer moj partner nije iz Hrvatske i ne zna se ovdje snalaziti. Sve ostalo je bilo u redu.
Fantastic apartment and well worth the money. Clean, new, and well thought out. Highly recommended by us, however, beware the $115 euro deposit that is demanded prior to getting your check in details. This isn’t mentioned prior, and is a bit sneaky. If we knew this, we would have selected other options that don’t demand such security deposits. But, in saying this, top class accomodation all the same.
Our plans only allowed us to stay 1 night, so our time in the apartment was very brief. However, it was very clean and as described. The instructions to check in were easy to follow, nice garage parking spot, quiet for sleeping and we felt safe. Short 15 minute drive to city center. We would definitely recommend. 😀
This was one of the best Airbnb's that we stayed. It was very comfy when working from it, very bright and with all amenities needed. Whoever did interior design and picked the furniture, kudos to you! The internet was fast and stable, and the parking spot in the private underground garage felt very secure. The area is lovely, with lush green parks, nearby shops and restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The only downside was the deposit policy: you’re asked to photograph and report any existing damages on the first day, otherwise they might be charged to you. Since the apartment already shows normal signs of use, it was sometimes unclear which things the owners were aware of, so we ended up taking plenty of photos of the marks and small damages we noticed, just to be safe. Still, everything else was excellent and and we’ll gladly stay here again when we’re back in Zagreb.
Lovely place and a wonderful area around with Maksimir Park, Zoo garden of Zagreb - quite but with good transport possibilities very close by. The parking lot was a great add for us and the building is absolutely perfect. We would visit the same place when going to Zagreb again.

Es un departamento hermoso, moderno y con todo lo que hace falta para una estadía magnífica, el estacionamiento es muy cómodo y el departamento está impecable. Altamente recomendable!!!

Невероятен апартамент,с всички удобства. Много тихо и красиво място ,с много зеленина. Висок клас уреди. Много красива и удобна спалня. Малко сложно е с резервацията и прехвърлянето после към друг сайт,както и депозита,за който не бяхме прочели. Но всичко е перфектно и депозита ни беше върнат в деня на напускането. Единствено не ми хареса,че пода беше мръсен ,имаше косми,а нямаше чехли. Препоръчвам апартамента!

Czystość , przepięknie pachniało , w kuchni było wszystko co potrzebne, a nawet więcej niż dotychczas widziałam , estetyka na najwyższym poziomie, dodatkowy plus za zewnętrzne rolety.
The apartment was clean, warm, spacious and comfortable. The location was next to Maksimir Park, ~10 min tram ride to Josip Jelacic Square (0.53 euro). As a solo traveller I felt safe walking from the tram stop alone at night. On the basis of the apartment and the location, I would stay here again. The host will ask for a deposit of 150 euro which comes as a surprise after booking! This is also the first time I’ve been asked to upload sensitive info and a passport photo to a third party website with unclear security. AirBnB allows this practice, but will not offer protection in case of a data leak. If arriving by car, it’s actually very tricky to find somewhere to park (legally!) while getting the remote to the garage as you actually need to go into the apartment. Where the host suggests you can park on the curb, there are now bollards. Also worth noting the garage lacks CCTV. I had a tyre puncture during my stay, and could not investigate it, which is disappointing.
Absolutely delightful flat when in Zagreb. Comfortable and felt quite spacious. Appreciated the lack of clutter and not overly decorated. Everything was impeccably clean, the host was most responsive, good location, so happy we stayed here! Thank you.
I truly enjoyed my stay here. It completely matched the description, was clean and nicely decorated. It’s a walking distance from the grocery store, pharmacy, public transport, restaurant, just minutes away from downtown. Also, having a garage is a big plus. I would definitely stay here again
This was my second time here at Lux Oasis as i loved my stay the first time. Kristina and the team were really great at communication and assisting in every query, and i loved the peaceful air of the location that i knew it was definitely a given that I'd be there again. And this second time was no different. From check-in to check-out, it was easy and a haven for me to relax. Lux Oasis is now a second 'home away from home'. I would always recommend it. 👍
Everything was fine
Location was perfect for us,we were close to few places we had to go to but also close to centre. It was very cozy, warm ,comfortable bed and sofa. It is also very quiet ,exactly what we needed. Also, communication and instructions we precise,straightforward,very fast responses.
Izvrstan apartman! Prekrasno uređen, prostran i opremljen svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Krevet je vrlo udoban, a najvažnije od svega – sve je bilo izuzetno čisto. Apartman ima i vlastito parkirno mjesto u garaži, što je veliki plus. Nalazi se vrlo blizu tramvajske stanice. Sve preporuke!

Apartman je izvrstan. Ima sve što je potrebno. Lokacija je dobra. Čistoća i sadržaj apartmana su odlični. Jako je prostran i pogodan za obitelj. Ima garažu sa svojim parkirnim mjestom gdje je auto sigurno. Upute su vrlo dobro date i prijava je bila laka. Preporučam!

The place was very clean, quiet neighborhood yet public transport was easily accessible. Close to park with zoo. Good restaurants within walking distance. The property itself was very charming, felt like I was home. Property owner was good with comminicating and thoughtful. Highly recommend this listing.

Apartman je na jako dobroj lokaciji, miran kvart, do centra grada prijevozom cca 15 min.Prijava i odjava jako jednostavna. Domaćin jako ljubazan i susretljiv. Apartman je full opremljen, vidi se da vlasnik nije štedio na opremanju apartmana. Čistoća apartmana na najvišem levelu. Veliki plus je parking mjesto i to u garaži koja je povezana s liftom. Svakako preporuke.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt! Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Wohnung ist sehr modern! Mit klaren Anweisungen wurde uns der Check-in erleichtert! Was besonders gut war, war die Lage. Auch wenn es in einer Großstadt war, ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
Très bien placé à côté du parc Maksimir et un arrêt où 4 tram vous emmenent dans le centre ville. Appartement neuf et tout y est de très bonne qualité. Mieux que sur les photos

Appartement incroyable, très moderne, neuf, salle de bain moderne, parking inclu, l’hôte était très accueillant et disponible pour toutes les questions, les instructions d’arrivée étaient très claires. Ce séjour était très agréable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu finden. Wir haben vorher entsprechende Informationen erhalten. Diese waren ausführlich und konnten 1:1 umgesetzt werden. Alles hat super geklappt, von der Schlüsselbox bis zum Parkhaus. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, Klimaanlage funktionierte. Sauber und alles war vorhanden. Ich hatte Probleme über den Link die Personalausweise hochzuladen. Ich habe den Anbieter kontaktiert und mir wurde umgehend geholfen. das war hervorragend. Wir würden dieses Appartement zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is beautiful. Bathroom was my favourite, bed was super comfortable, nice kitchen and lounge area. Would absolutely stay here again :)
