Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, der Kontakt zu Ivica war immer perfekt und er hat sich bemüht, alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit einzurichten. In der Küche war es nicht komplett sauber, es waren noch Krümel der Vormieter auf dem Tisch und Boden sowie auf dem Tresen. Der Balkon hatte leider keinen Ausblick auf das Meer oder den Pool, was uns nicht ganz klar war auf den Fotos, sondern auf Pflanzen und eine Treppe, die zum sehr schönen Poolbereich führt; dort war alles perfekt. Insgesamt war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir würden wiederkommen.
Piękne widoki z balkonu. Bardzo blisko do sklepów, plaży czy knajpek. Czysty i świetny basen. Przestronny i dobrze wyposażony pokój.

Het totale appartement, alles zit erin wat je nodig hebt. Ideaal. Ook de gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden problemen met onze deur en het werd meteen opgelost, super fijn! De ligging is ook top, je bent binnen 5 minuten op het strand.
Het verblijf bij ivica was zeer aangenaam. Het appartement was ideaal en voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Ik zou het verblijf zeker aanraden!

The apartments were clean. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The pool was clean. The nearest store was a 2-minute walk away. Beach 8min walk down the road.
Pool Location in general Flat
The apt was absolutely fantastic. It is clean , modern , well equipped with a beautiful sun drenched outdoor area looking on to the pool . A big thank you to the owner for being very helpful to us in every way . We had a slight problem with a taxi and he solved it for us . The apt is ideally located near shop, beach and restaurants. I recommend it highly and hope to be back v soon .
Everything was as expecter, or better.
Apartment very comfortable with decent kitchen and cooking facilities. Plenty of storage, comfortable bed and very clean. Housekeeper very friendly and helpful and owner/manager very responsive to messages. Pool area lovely and had to ourselves most of the time.
Spacious apartment which was modern and clean. Small complex with a lovely pool . Location is 10 minute walk down to beach and handy to supermarkets etc. We would have given 10/10 but during our stay there was road works going on down the side of the complex which created a lot of noise from early morning. This was beyond the control of the owner who was very apologetic and gave us a lovely bottle of wine by way of compensation. These works should not effect future stays as they were finishing as we left
Moderan, odlicno organizovan i veoma opremljen objekat. Apartman prostran, udoban, balkoni savrseni za uzivanje. Bazen odlican, vrlo čist.
Odličan smještaj, čisto i uredno, što je najbitnije. Udobno i prijatno.. Balkon, bazen, peškiri, ležaljke, u apartmanu smo imali sve što nam je bilo potrebno!
Beautiful and very comfortable apartment - modern equipment, sparkling clean and a very nice pool area with beach towels and comfortable beach chairs. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We felt great and we wholeheartedly recommend it!
Everything (apartment, swimming pool, beds, towels) is nice and and very clean. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and wished we could stay longer.
Beautiful spacious apartment with a nice view at the pool and a great location close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Very very clean and equipped with everything we could need. Very kind owner. He agreed to our request to check out one hour later. Thank you for everything. We will definitely return. 😊
Die Unterkunft von Ivica hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und auch super ausgestattet. Es gab auch eigene Parkplätze. Zu Fuß kann man sehr gut zum Strand laufen, ca. 5/10 Minuten. Am Strand selber kann man nicht gut parken. Der Pool war toll und sehr sauber, es gab jeden Tag frische Badetücher für den Pool. Vielen Dank!
Lovely apartment, really clean and has everything you need. Quiet little town and doesn’t cost much in a taxi to get to Split less than 10 minutes. There’s a little shop not far away that is handy. Definitively recommend using Bolt/ Uber as some taxis can over charge so be aware.

We stayed for 7 nights.Nice and clean apartment. Great outdoor area with a good pool and enough sunbeds . Very few guests used the outdoor area so it was pretty private.
Stedet var endnu bedre end på billeder. Lækker lejlighed, lækker pool og rare mennesker der arbejdede der. Kan varmt anbefales! Nemt med Uber til Split og Omiš og gåafstand til Podstrana med lækre restauranter.
Luxe appartement, goede locatie (in 15 min met bus naar Split). Elke dag handdoeken voor bij het zwembad en fijne ligbedden.

Beautiful clean apartment with everything we needed. 20 minute drive from split and easy to get to buy bus or uber but the beach is 10 minute walk and offers a lot of bars and restaurants. Staff working around the apartments made sure everything was spotless everyday and Ivica was helpful with anything we needed.
Clean, great facilities, comfortable. Fantastic to have the pool, and it wasn't too busy, so we had it to ourselves a fair amount. Great location, just up from the beach with bars and restaurants nearby but still very peaceful at night. Friendly and helpful host.
Het mooie nieuwe en goed ingerichte appartement. De locatie is heel goed om de prachtige omgeving te verkennen. Alles was perfect schoon! We waren er een week en halverwege werd het appartement schoongemaakt en het beddengoed vervangen. Geweldige service en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurster. Wij raden deze plek zeer aan ook voor gezinnen met kinderen. Een auto is handig en kan je bij het appartement parkeren.
Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man braucht. Einen großen Wohn-Essbereich, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen schönen Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight und es gab jeden Tag frische Pool-Handtücher. Die anderen Gäste in dem Haus waren sehr nett. In wenigen Minuten erreichten wir einen kleineren und größeren Supermarkt.

Top locatie! Binnen 5 minuten op het strand. Ook bij slecht weer heerlijk om binnen te chillen. Bij onvoorziene omstandigheden contact opnemen en binnen korte tijd reactie! Super en dik tevreden.

Piękny apartament. My bylismy w lutym, temperatura 15 st, słońce. 🫠 Dom usytuowany blisko głównej drogi, którą można dojechać do Splitu lub na południe kraju (nie słychać jeżdżących samochodów). W samym apartamencie czysto, jasno, widok na basen z pięknego dużego tarasu. Kuchnia wystarczająco wyposażona.

if your looking for a beautiful place to stay in croatia, this is it. its a little away from split centrum, but amazing location. the house is pretty and the outdoor, especially the pool was beyond expectations. 10/10 would recommended
The apartment was really lovely - brand new, spotless, great location - 6 minute walk from the beach ,restaurants and the bus stop was also at the end of the road! Supermarket about 2 minutes around the corner and a very local cafe for a little coffee too!

Ivica’s apartment was lovely, it was near to the beach and bar restaurants as described in listing, buses to and from Split were often so it was easy to go there for the day. The pool area was just lovely to sit at and relax with clean towels to use everyday. Ivica was always at the other end of phone to answer any queries and was also at the apartment midway through our break and supplied us with fresh towels and sheets and house keeper was about in the morning if we needed anything else . Would stay here again if I was going Croatia 😊
Can't rate this property highly enough. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent and the pool a fab treat on a hot day
We had a brilliant stay at the Olive Tree apartments. The apartment was clean and modern with plenty of outdoor seating and access to the pool. Local shops, bars and restaurants are all a short walk from the property, as is the beach. The owner and his staff were lovely and very helpful.
Had a great stay at Ivica’s place. The apartment was very clean and check-in was clear and flexible. The pool area is nice and there are enough sun loungers for the guests. The apartment is in a peaceful area, but still a short walk to the beach.
Were 6 nights at this beautiful apartment and it was worth value! Big, clean apartment with a great pool area! Would definitively come back! The host gave us insider recommendations as well (like restaurants, etc.) Only the noisy traffic of a street nearby was a bad point.
Miejsce bardzo czyste, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, spokojna okolica. Spacerkiem do Splitu 10 min. Sklep jest dosłownie kawałek od mieszkania.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Widok z balkonu na basen i morze (można zjeść śniadanko w słońcu). Blisko do plaży, na podwórku prywatny basen. Jeśli jesteś samochodem, to jest to zdecydowanie lepsza lokalizacja niż w centrum Splitu, ponadto przy trasie wybrzeżem do Baśka Voda, Makarska. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Do tego pomocny właściciel, zameldowanie/wymeldowanie bezproblemowe. Poza sezonem pusto i bez turystów.
Spotlessly clean. Perfect massive apartments with swimming pool. Completely modern with really nice owners who gave us late checkout. Free parking. Location perfect with rental car. This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in the best value for money. Excellent 10/10
Really clean place, good quality overall the apartment and general place, exc communication with the owner, good place but you need a car or taxi to move to split center, but price/vale is 5 star! Fully recommended.
