The two story apartment is located 15 m from the sea. It is ideal for hosting a group of people, who want to have the perfect experience of their vacation together. It is your home away from home. Just 5 minutes from Crikvenica, 20from Rijeka and half an hour from highlands, and its peaceful green nature or beautiful island of Krk. You can enjoy quiet family holiday, or go for an adventure and exploring on sites around. The apartment has everything you may need for a perfect vacation, we know it because it is our family home, made and decorated for our living during the rest of the year. In summer months we prefer to enjoy quiet countryside living so we decided to share experience of our home with other people. In the morning you can indulge yourself with some coffee on the terrace, just above the sea, you can prepare lunch in our fully equipped kitchen (from Bosch built in gas stove to Karim Rashid's design oven, along with all the small amenities that kitchen has) hanging with friends or your kids roaming around in the spacious living room at the same time. Lower floor has toilette, laundry room, in which you can find washer and dryer, small separated working space with computer, like home office, and big living and dining area. Whole place is air-conditioned with Mitsubishi AC units. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with its own bathroom and both of the rooms share one balcony. There is one additional bathroom with shower and one more bedroom with it's own balcony and bunk bed. During your stay our home is your home, literally. Everything found in house, it`s at your disposal, you can read our books, play cards, use toys for kids that are found in laundry room storage. You can prepare bbq just outside, go downstairs and take a 300m walk to a first beach, or you can swim with locals and hang on the pier. There is a restaurant with fresh fish dishes just around the corner, pizzeria, near the beach, grocery store just near your parking lot, along with tourist office, ATM, post office, and small fruit and veggies stand with awesome fresh products from Dalmatia. Please treat our place like your own home it was made with lots of love and care, smoking is strictly forbidden upstairs in the bedrooms. Please use terrace or balcony.
