Très joli appart, très proche du centre historique par une belle balade piétonne. Logement calme et climatisé, bien venu en ce mois d’août, avec un parking sous-terrain très sécurisant. On peut boire un coup au pied de l’immeuble sans que ce soit bruyant, et faire ses courses en 2 minutes à pieds. Parfait!

Great stay. Nice studio with everything what you could need for yourself and your dog. Nice parking spot, with comfortable access to the studio. Clean, spacious enough, fully equipped kitchen(we didn’t use it but there was really everything), nice balcony, good bed. We have to stay just overnight, but if we will come back to Ljubljana, will stay at this property for sure.

Nous avons choisit ce logement en grande partie pour son parking et la possibilité de rejoindre le centre-ville à pied. De ce point de vue nous sommes satisfaits. Le logement est confortable, bien agencé et bien équipé. Le quartier très calme. Il y a un supermarché à quelques mètres. Mon seul point d'amélioration serait la douche dont les joints mériteraient d'être refaits. Mais c'est un détail. Globalement très satisfait de mon séjour.

The flat is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a trip to Ljubljana. The inner city is easily reachable by foot along the river and the parking garage under the building was a huge plus. Supermarket just across the street. Martina gave very clear instructions, so we knew where to find everything and check in was easy. Would definetely recommend!

Appartement ideal pour couple pour visiter Ljubljana. A 15/20min du centre ville a pied dans un quartier calme. Place de parking en sous sol avec ascenceur. La climatisation est bien utile en été. Chien acceptés et parc/herbe a proximité (au bout de l'immeuble). Très propre et bonne literie.

Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar, zur Innenstadt sind 20min zu Fuß. Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustüre. Haben wir nicht benützt weil wir gerne zu Fuß unterwegs waren. Wir durften sogar den Parkplatz benutzen, vielen Dank dafür 🙂 In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Recomiendo sin lugar a dudas este alojamiento, era perfecto en todo, muy cómodo. La comunicación con Martina fue buena, tuve un poco de problema al llegar porque no encontraba las llaves de la casa, eso no fue tan claro para mí, y llovía muchísimo, pero Martina se prestó ayudarme pero a distancia fue muy difícil, una vecina súper amable del mismo portal se ofreció a ayudarnos y definitivamente pudimos localizar las llaves.

we spent 3 amazing days in Ljubljana and the apartment had everything we could ask for including Air-conditioning that is really needed in this time of the year. location is super good, 25 minutes walking to the city center along the river - a beautiful walk. also going to the bus station is about same time so we didn't need to take any public transport during our stay. we highly recommend it

Aangenaam appartement op 20 minuten lopen van het centrum. Een fijn balkon voor de warme avonden. Schoon, functioneel. Vaatwasser is een prettige extra. Contact met Martina en haar team verloopt prima. Privé parkeerplaats in afgesloten parkeergarage onder het appartement. Lift beschikbaar. 2 supermarkten op 5 minuten lopen. Prima plek, we zouden er weer voor kiezen.

Staying at Martina's place is like staying in one's own home. Clean and comfy studio with all self-catering facilities covered. Very easy to collect and drop off keys, instructions are clear and helpful. Martina's response time was truly amazing, she is very nice and helpful.
