Zoya is a very responsive and helpful host. The place was comfortable and very clean, just like described on the pictures. The anemities were good and it was about a 15-20 walk to the city center, but there’s also a bus stop nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Tout était propre, crème solaire à disposition. Autres équipements disponibles, nourritures ( le chocolat chaud a fait du bien ! ) Lit confortable Dommage que la clime n’était pas dans la chambre car il a fait super chaud ! :) La vaisselle n’était pas très propre ( chocolat dessus ), mais ça se nettoie donc pas de soucis ! Facile d’accès et bus à disposition

Excelente alojamiento! Muy bien equipado, limpio y ordenado. Se tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días en Split, con una cocina muy bien equipada, aire acondicionado tanto en la cocina como en la habitación, hasta lavadora con todo lo necesario para poder hacer lavados fácilmente! Se encuentra a 15/20 minutos a pie del centro histórico, en una zona más tranquila, con varios mercados cerca lo que hacía fácil realizar las compras. El check-in y check-out fueron muy sencillos y la atención de Zoya en todo momento fue excelente. Muy recomendable!

The accommodation was as in the pictures. The building is older, therefore is the apartment. Everything was neat and clean. Everything as written in the apartment ad was when we came. There is a parking lot in front of the building. It is free. The parking lot is sometimes overcrowded, and sometimes it is not possible to park in front of the building.
