Amazing location and super comfortable space! Our host was super helpful and responsive, would definitely stay here again.
This was the most beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. Close to the buses and coaches to get to other places. Walkable to everywhere in the town, could go one way to lots of beaches, the other way to the town and Marjan forest and beaches there (also loved running both routes early in the morning). Lots of supermarkets and bakeries within mins from the front door. Could not say enough nice things about the apartment. Had everything you needed and was just stunning!
Lovely apartment that has been refurbished to a high standard — bright, modern, and spotlessly clean, with fantastic views from the balcony and every window. Both showers were excellent as well. There were lots of great touches, including high-quality bedding and towels, and even cleaning products if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery. It was a little disappointing that there wasn’t a microwave, as it was listed in the amenities, but we managed fine. Having never used smart locks before, I’m now a convert! The lift was small, but essential as 120 stairs. Was worth it for the views :) We would have liked a toaster and a couple of chairs on the balcony.
What a spectacular place to stay in Split. A stunning apartment with beautiful decor and fantastic view of the town and ferry port. Just far enough out of the old town to escape the crowds but close enough to easily walk to restaurants and sights. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. We really wanted to move in! Bruno also gave great local recommendations for bars and restaurants. Thanks - this made our visit to Split very special.

The home was perfectly located to walk throughout old town, enjoy excellent restaurants and if you are planning to take a ferry (as we did to go to Hvar and travel with a rental car) the ferry port was very close and convenient. We were very pleased with our stay.
We (two couples) were blown away by this place! Perfect location just steps from Riva (seafront promenade) and the old town. The apartment is modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bedroom 1 with ensuite (shower over bath, wc and bidet), bedroom 2 had use of the other bathroom (lovely rainfall shower and wc). Really comfortable beds and great showers. The apartment was well equipped with cooking and cleaning materials, tons of storage, heating and cooling options. Access was very easy and well described by the host on the day with photos, instructions and recommendations to make everything clear. It is on the 5th floor with a small lift. Bonus points for the convenience store right nextdoor and the local market just across the street (great bakery for breakfast). Amazing view from the balcony over the harbour and a stunning sunset view off towards the gardens. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our friend group traveling to Split. It’s immaculately clean. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed. Great location! We walked from the ferry and found it easy. It’s very close to the riva and you can walk everywhere in old town easily. Bruno was very responsive and friendly and provided some great local bar and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend. The elevator was a great perk so you do t have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. Would love to return. Thanks for everything!

I would definitely recommend staying here! We stayed in two different airbnbs in Split and this one was the winner. The location is amazing!! It’s so close to everything you’d want to do- whether you’re walking the Riva, picking up a boat tour, or exploring the old town. The views from the apartment were nice too! Bruno was very communicative and helped us with many recommendations for our stay in Split. Highly recommend booking this place! If I come back to Split I would 100% stay here again. Just one thing to know is there aren’t full length mirrors available, but we were fine using the mirrors in the bathroom.
Bruno was so helpful and responsive. The apartment exceeded our expectations! Amazing location, close to the old city (5-10min walk), fabulous apartment with great city and pier ocean views and AC in all rooms. Clean and zen atmosphere. We did not want to leave!

We loved our stay in that place! The views from the balcony are great! The bedrooms and baths are great and the blind electrical system was very useful. The location perfect and the instructions from the host were spot on. We would definitely repeat that place if we were back in Split.

This place was gorgeous—totally renovated, super spacious, bright, and spotless. The sea view from both the living room and bedrooms windows was amazing. It’s in the perfect spot too—just steps from the city center and right near Bačvice Beach, one of the best and most popular beaches in Split. The host was awesome and gave us great tips on where to eat and what to visit. We will definitely come back.
