Spotlessly clean with great views of the sea. There are a lot of steps to get to the apartment if you are on foot (189 to be exact) but it’s fine if you’re moderately active. Sofa could have been more comfortable, but it is a sofa bed so is never going to be plush. Shower head needs a good descale but other than that it was pristine. Takes around 50 mins to walk to the old town, or the number 4 bus stop is at the bottom of the 189 steps.

Great spot to stay a short distance from the Old Town which was very easy to get to via bus #4. The accommodations were just as described and we really enjoyed our stay!

A great view and location.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu dritt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr. CheckIn und CkeckOut war sehr sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Danke für alles :)

I stayed here with my two teenagers. We had a great stay! The views are spectacular. We found the location to be ideal and enjoyed getting in extra steps each day. Sitting on the balcony during the mornings and evenings is what I will remember the most about our stay. We visited the beach each day, on our way we grabbed snacks and drinks from the grocery store (right across the street from the bottom of the stairs) and then after a stop home to shower and change, hopped the bus to Old Town. Matteo was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would recommend this apartment.

A estadia foi ótima. O lugar é muito bem localizado, com mercados, padarias e muitos comércios por perto. O ponto de ônibus para o centro também é muito próximo. E, o melhor... a praia é extremamente perto e a vista do apartamento é melhor do que nas fotos. O Mateo foi um excelente anfitrião. Respondeu tudo muito rápido, resolveu nossas dúvidas com muita clareza. Certamente recomendo!
Logement impeccable avec une vue à couper le souffle! Air climatisé dans les deux chambres et la pièce principale. Hôte très sympathique. Il nous a fait des recommandations de restos et d’activités. Le vieux Dubrovnik est facilement accessible en Uber ou en autobus. Plusieurs excursions en bateaux à distance de marche du logement. Boulangerie et petit marché à proximité. La promenade Lapad est tout près et est magnifique. Entraînez vos jambes, il y a plusieurs marches à monter mais la vue en vaut la peine! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour!

Mateo was a fantastic host, gave great tips on local trips etc and what to avoid. The apartment was absolutely perfect, had everything we needed and so clean and modern, best part the views, such amazing sunsets in the balcony!
Great location with stunning views. We saw sunset and sunrise at our balcony. There are total 3 air conditioners. Each bedroom has an AC. The bathroom is very clean. The only complaint I had is that in the bathroom, there is no hook for towels at all. Going to old town is very easy by taking line 4 bus. You park your car at the apartment, and no need to drive it until you leave. Please note that you have to bring your own beach towels. You cannot take theirs to the beach. They don't give you extra towels anyways.
Matteo met us for an early check-in which we were greatly appreciative of. I know that is not always the case, but we were happy it worked out. The view from the balcony is splendid! The apartment is adorable and had everything we needed. We took a ten minute walk to Tommy to get groceries. The stairs leading down to the beach were so convenient and is a GREAT workout! 206 steps (but who is counting) 3 to 4 times a day! Great restaurants in walking distance. Matteo gave us great recommendations. A wonderful host! We loved our stay! The view alone will keep us coming back and staying here again!
Amazing location and views. Matteo was an excellent host who provided local recommendations and was very responsive. A short car/bus trip into Old Town and walk to beautiful Sunset Beach/supermarket and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Lots of stairs but a good workout to get into Lapad or the bus to the Old Town. But amazing view and so peaceful. Loved it.
Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.
Fantastische plek om Dubrovnik te verkennen. Mateo is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en geeft vele tips voor restaurants en activiteiten in de omgeving en kan helpen boeken als je dat wilt. de locatie ligt prachtig op een heuvel. 150 traptreden of een slingerweg naar boven brengen je er, of je pakt voor weinig geld een taxi. In Lapad is vanalles te doen, of met 10 minuten ben je in het oude centrum per taxi of bus. Echt een aanrader deze plek!
We enjoyed our stay, an easy stroll to local restaurants and great views, a simple bus ride to visit old town, easy close parking.
De mis mejores estadías en Airbnb, Mateo fue súper servicial y atento nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos y nuestras dudas. Y luego el departamento en si es sumamente bonito, la ubicación y las vistas son inmejorables. Incluso más bonito que en las fotos. Súper recomendable

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war top eingerichtet und sehr modern. Die Kommunikation mit Mateo war sehr gut und er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Der organisierte Bootsausflug „ Elafiti Islands“ ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wunderschöne Inseln mit klarem Wasser und toller Vegetation.
Jeg kan varmt anbefale stedet. Rolig beliggenhet med flott utsikt, men allikevel nærme bakeri, matbutikk, restauranter og strand. Med Uber så var det raskt å komme inn til old town også. Kan varmt anbefale
We really enjoyed our stay in Lapad. The apartment is modern, clean and well fitted out. The view from the lounge & balcony is fantastic. Mateo was helpful and stayed late to check us in (thank you!). The location is ideal. I would recommend the apartment.
The host Mateo was amazing, he organised transfers to and from the airport and welcomed us on arrival. He recommended some wonderful restaurant's locally and within the city walls The accommodation was spotlessly clean and perfect for our vacation, the views were amazing in what is a very peaceful location, with shops, restaurant's and bus stops all close by. There are lots of steps to climb, but all worth it for the views We can't recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a welcoming and knowledgeable host, and a comfortable stay
This is a beautiful apartment, perfectly located a short taxi ride from Dubrovnik Old Town and a few minutes walk from sunset beach and the promenade as well as restaurants, bakery and supermarket. The apart was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children), spotlessly clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Mateo is an excellent host - responsive, friendly and very helpful and flexible. Above all, the views are spectacular- this is definitely a hidden gem and we would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful, clean apartment. It is a perfect location for local restaurants and the Studenac supermarket is only 4 minutes across the road (taking the side steps). I highly recommend a swim in the sea and walk around the Lapad promenade.

This is a great apartment offering beautiful views and close walking access to the beach & restaurants. Be prepared for stairs! Despite being tucked up on the hillside, no ubers or taxis had any issues with finding us. Overall I would highly recommend this rental unit for your stay in Dubrovnik.
Perfect quiet location with an awesome view, the apartment is new, fresh and very clean. Mateo was a great host - very responsive. The only call-out was the master bed mattress was very firm, which personally I found difficult to have a good nights sleep on. My sister stayed in the single bed which she found comfortable.

My friends and I loved staying at this airbnb! The view from the porch outside was amazing, and we loved sitting out there to watch the sunset. The airbnb was also very clean, spacious, and perfect for our vacation. The host, Mateo, was very friendly and proactive in communication. I would definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone who is considering visiting Dubrovnik!
A lovely apartment with a great balcony providing a beautiful view over Lapad Bay. Had all we needed for our stay for the three of us. Nice area with easy access to local bars and restaurants and easy bus/taxi ride to the Old Town.
Beautiful balcony view and perfect location. You have beautiful beaches, restaurants and cafes in walking distance and the number 4 bus stop is just down the steps which takes you into old town.

A lovely base to explore Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is lovely, and is a short taxi ride away from the old town of Dubrovnik and walkable to the main port for ferries/boats. The host Mateo is very helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
We quickly learned that in Dubrovnik it’s best to stay a little away from the old town, so this was a great location and walking distance to a public beach, the promenade and a 5 star resort. We arrived at the properly following a huge ordeal and were close to tears, not knowing what to expect. Despite the late timing and difficult situation, Ivan showed up with a smile and let us in. He was fantastic, hospitable, understanding and helpful! The apartment was clean despite the short notice, and had everything we could possibly need! A complimentary water bottle in the fridge and some biscuits and fruit on the table. Every room had its own aircondition so you could comfortably adjust the temperature for yourself without disturbing others. Balcony had a lovely view and nice sitting area with table and chairs too. This apartment definitely exceeded our expectations and would be classed as a 5 star stay. Plus the price was very reasonable and totally worth it. Parking is also available on site, especially since it’s best to take public transport or a taxi when going to the old town. Last but not least, the shower was powerful and excellent, probably the better than all the top hotels we’ve stayed in!
Absolutely beautiful apartment. Tranquil location just a short walk from the shops and bars. Our host was so friendly and helpful and everything was arranged regarding our transfers. We felt very relaxed and at home and did not want to leave! We will definitely be back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Dubrovnik.
Amazing location and lovely apartment with everything you could need while staying there. Would note that it is situated at a top of a hill with a lot of stairs unless you walk along the road. Would return.
Sehr schöne etwas höher gelegene Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Blick auf Lapad Beach. Unterkunft hatte alles was für ein verlängertes Wochenende notwendig ist und ist für 3 Personen optimal. Die Kommunikation war gut und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit beim Check-In.

The apartment is beautiful and the location is good. You can walk to the old city (35min) or take the bus #4 directly there... There is a small beach nearby, also a supermarket, and it is pretty comfortable. Amazing views from the balcony

I stayed here with my husband and 5 year old for 3 nights. The apartment was well equiped, modern and clean. The view was amazing. Only a short walk to the bus stop to acces old town. The local beach was a short walk away, where you can watch sunset, along with returants and bars. Communication between the owner was easy and he had some great advice and tops on arrival. I would really recomend here and hope to come back again!

Beautiful location and that terrace with a view of Lapad Bay was spectacular. It's about 5 mins taxi to old town Dubrovinic. We like being outside of the city. Much more peaceful and easy to get around via foot. We spent 5 days. This was our 1st stop on a 3 week trip through Croatia. It was comfy and quiet, with nice beds and clean space. The terrace was the biggest draw. Maro was great to work with. Informative and helped us book an excursion to the Elaphite Islands, which was wonderful. Great restaurants, Tommy market, swimming beaches and walking the promenade are very close. Ubers are very easy to get in the entire area. The apartment is on a hill, so walking down to the bay and town does require walking down several steps. So just a little something to be aware of, if you aren't flexible and agile. It will get your legs and lungs pumping. Thank you for a great stay Maro! It was a perfect landing spot to get our trip started and get through jetlag. Highly recommend.
The apartment was lovely and had stunning views. We loved sitting on the balcony at night. Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. He greeted us at the property and showed us around. He made some recommendations in the local area. He organised the 3 island boat tour for us, it was excellent! He took the stress out of everything! He was also flexible with out check in times which was so helpful! Hope to be back in the future.

Super serviceminded og proaktiv vært. Ny og rigtig pæn lejlighed der til fulde levede op til beskrivelsen. Fantastisk udsigt fra balkonen og god beliggenhed i forhold til strande og den gamle bydel i Dubrovnik. I forhold til førnævnte, så husk at downloade og benytte Uber appen, der giver adgang til super billig transport døgnet rundt.
Maro was an incredible host and gave us great recommendations for Dubrovnik and the rest of our trip in Croatia. The place is beautiful and comfortable, would love to return.
Beautiful apartment, looked exactly like the photos, modern and clean. Stunning view from the balcony, in a great location just a few blocks from sunset beach and the promenade. The apartment is located high up on a hill with many, many steps. Easy walk down the steps (a little harder going up). One night the neighbors were playing loud music when we got home around midnight. We were pleasantly surprised with the air conditioning on and windows shut, we didn’t hear a thing and were able to sleep peacefully. I would stay here again as I prefer Lapad beach to old city, which is an easy uber ride away.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The apartment is clean, located in a quiet area, and the view from the balcony is amazing! We enjoyed the location, it's just several minutes walk away from a beach, the bakery, the restaurants, and the supermarket. Maro is a responsive host and is always available to answer questions or get you anything you need.

The apartment is walking distance to sunset beach, restaurants & supermarket. It has AC in every room which excellent. It is also close to Old town, coat around €6 each way. Would recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Apartment just outside of the busy old town. A great place to stay to enjoy a quieter Lapad just a short bus ride to Dubrovnik old town. If you want a more peaceful place to stay this spot is great. Beautiful views, very clean and has everything you need including parking. It felt very safe and was easy to get to and so easy to communicate with our host.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights! Maro was a great communicator. He organised a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, met us in person when we arrived at night & gave us plenty useful info. He also organized some champagne glasses for us on request - thank you! Apartment was spotless, newly renovated bathrooms and in general very comfortable. The main bedroom is unfortunately too narrow to fit a baby cot next to the bed, so baby had to sleep in the second bedroom and our 3rd guest slept on the sleeper couch in the lounge. The balcony and view is superb! We caught an uber into the old town everyday (about €6 and takes 5-10 minutes). The ubers can come to the top of the apartment so you don't need to walk any stairs. We found the stairs completely manageable if you are vaguely fit. There is a play area in the courtyard downstairs which was really great for our little one. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!!
Beautiful place, the apartment is brand new. All appliances are brand new. Comfortable! And the view amazing. Also thank you for the welcome kit with local snack, a map and instructions. Only thing to improve is to give guests 2 keys (cards), no only one. Thank you!
With flight cancellations and diversions landing from multiple airports for our family vacation Maro continued to communicate through all the changes and was flexible to meet our son ( the only one who made it on time) at the apartment. He rearranged pick up from the airport ( great fun driver) and met us the next day again when we arrived. He is AMAZING… even got us a private driver to Venice who is equally off the charts. The apartment is amazing. Location perfection. Close to everything! Our family of 4 had a beautiful time and will definitely come back ! Not staying anywhere but here!!
Alles super! Perfekt gelegen! Wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon, Bushaltestelle von der man direkt in die Stadt kommt, Supermarkt und permanente Unterstützungvon Ivan wenn man sie braucht. Die 159 Stufen haben uns fit gehalten!! 100%ige Empfehlung
love the view and the kitchen is lovely, just uber to everywhere u like, beach is just 5 to 7 mins walk, but if u are walking back it will be a little bit hard，the slope are not easy for my mom, so we took uber all the time, problems solve. apartment was smaller than what i imagine, we had 5 luggages. but the view outside the balcony are invincible，so overall it was a great experience for us:)

WOW ! Superbe endroit pour loger à Dubrovnik. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la mer. Endroit extrêmement tranquille avec épicerie, restaurant et boulangerie à 5 minutes à pieds. La vielle ville est accessible en autobus très facilement et l’arrêt d’autobus est à 2 minutes de l’appartement. Sinon, une marche facile de 45 minutes pour s’y rendre. Nous avons eu un accueil exceptionnel. A recommander fortement

Great location in Lapad near sunset beach with lovely balcony view. All updated amenities and great wifi, would be happy to stay here again. Ivan also assisted in allowing me to store my bag after checkout as I had an evening flight so that was much appreciated.
