I stayed at Joana’s studio apartment in Lovran with my wife and our little daughter, and we really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location is quiet and peaceful, about a 10-minute walk uphill from the sea, which was not a problem for us. Joana is a wonderful host – very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and would happily return!
We loved staying in this little place. The terrace on the side of the villa was beautiful, and it was lovely to walk down to the beach, with the beautiful coastline and promenade. We would be happy to come back to this small but very clean and tidy flat, with such a friendly host.

Joana and her husband were the best hosts! We had to arrive a day later than planned, and they generously offered us an extra night for free. Since we couldn’t take advantage of that, they kindly allowed us a late check-out instead. They also gave us great recommendations and shared some interesting information about the area. The apartment is small but lovely—perfect if you just need a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a kitchen to prepare simple meals, and a green terrace to relax on after a day at the beach. Highly recommended!

Svidjelo nam se što je apartman bio veoma čist, usudio bih se reći da je najčišći apartman u kojemu smo bili. Vlasnici su vrlo ljubazni te nas uputili što trebamo posjetiti tokom boravka u Lovranu. Pozicija je izvrsna jer vam je sve dostupno unutar 10 minuta hoda. Pored apartmana se nalaze stepenice koje vode direktno do plaže na kojoj ste za 5 minuta. Apartman je u potpunosti isti kao što možete vidjeti na slikama koje su vlasnici stavili na booking. Definitivno ćemo kontaktirati vlasnike za ponovni posjet Lovranu.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen am Wasser, in den Bergen, in Lovran oder Opatija. Joana und Andrej waren fürsorglich, herzliche und immer gut erreichbare Gastgeber – wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohlgefühlt. Ihre Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung wert!

Joana was super responsive and friendly. The apartment has a great location with a parking lot and Lovran center in a walking distance. I would appreciate a bit more equipment in the kitchen, but we were able to get everything we needed through Joana in an instant. The town is lovely and great for beach walks with very little tourism in this time of the year. Def recommend.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung, es war alles sehr sauber, die Wohnung ist super gelegen man ist sehr schnell am Wasser. Joana war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat sich sehr darum gekümmert das alles in bester Ordnung ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. 👍🏻

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich und läd verweilen ein. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sehr empfehlenswert!
Joana's place was great! Very clean, and the A/C worked well (and was needed with warm days). Joana was very helpful explaining how to use the stove when I asked. Bed was very comfortable. I was able to walk 5 minutes into Lovran and swim, as well as go into town for food, gelato, and shopping. Highly recommend Joana's place with easy access to water and to beautiful views.

Hier stimmte das Preis-leistungsverhältnis voll und ganz, Die Besitzer waren überaus zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war bis auf das kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Am Morgen scheint die Sonne ins Schlafzimmer und man schaut aufs Meer hinaus. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Csendes, tiszta és kényelmes.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr persönlich willkommen und hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche in Lovran!

Great location! Few minus from the beach. Fantastic garden(balconi). Great parking Space. Not to big but Just enough for two People. It is a bit UP hill but not that big of a deal. All in all defenetly would recomend it.
Domaćica je pristupačna i ljubazna. Apartman je lijepo uređen i uredan. Ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak. U sklopu apartmana je privatan parking. Nalazi se u blizini centra i šetnice uz more.
Very clean and well equipped in an old villa with an extremely courteous host who even offered to wash our clothes and did so within hours with a smile..
Gospođa Joana je izvrsna, a opet nenametljiva domaćica. Smještaj je u potpunosti vjeran prikazu na slikama. Krevet i posteljina su vjerojatno najbolji od svih smještaja do sada. Doručak na terasi je posebna kategorija opuštanja. Sam smještaj je dovoljno blizu da se svugdje može ići pješke, a opet dovoljno udaljen od gužve. Definitivno ćemo doći opet.
Uns hat alles gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Super nette Vermieterin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer wäre optimaler, da es bequemer ist vom Bett aus zu schauen..Die Couch hätte es aus unserer Sicht damit auch nicht gebraucht.. Man hätte dann auch mehr Platz in der Küche. Aber klar, wenn jemand mit Kind anreist, wird die Couch gebraucht.

Unsere fabelhaften Vermieter nahmen uns überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit in Empfang und zeigten uns unsere schöne und komfortable Ferienwohnung. Fünf Minuten zum Strand oder in die Stadt und wirklich sinnvoll und vollständig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
Ich war mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin sehr zufrieden. Gegend sehr gut für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in der Nähe.

Lovely place and lovely host, a wonderful lady and very helpful. The place was clean, close to the centre and the beach. The lounge and kitchen is tight but it’s still great to have, the bedroom is nice and big. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Das Apartment ist super sauer und sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Zudem super ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine und alles was man in der Küche benötigt war vorhanden. Check-IN und Check-Out haben super geklappt. Wir konnten schon früher die Unterkunft beziehen und hätte auch länger als 11 Uhr bleiben dürfen, da am selben Tag keine Gäste angereist sind. Die Gastgeber waren beide sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage ist zentral und es ist direkt vor dem Apartment ein Parkplatz verfügbar. Insgesamt war alles perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen wieder.
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, wenn wir etwas brauchten war sofort Hilfe da. Die ganze Familie haben wir als sehr herzlich erlebt, gleichzeitig hatten wir unser kleines privates Refugium für die Zeit des Aufenthalts. Die alte Villa erzählt Geschichten aus der Vergangenheit, gleichzeitig ist das Appartment ganz neu renoviert und mit Charme und Geschmack möbliert, auch das Bett ist ein Gedicht! Als Zusatz gibt es Sonnenaufgänge vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus zu bewundern!
We have been to Lovran many times now, but never have we had such a lovely, cozy apartment as this one. From the booking on, our hosts have been nothing but helpful, waiting for us in the middle of the night as we had to drive during our son‘s sleeping time because of his fickle stomach. Everything waited for us fresh and clean, with a very comfortable bed and surprisingly much space for such a small apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom offers enough space and the terrace in front of the entrance opens up the living area even more. There is air conditioning (which we didn‘t need) and a towel heater in the bathroom. A large closet in the bedroom to store luggage. The villa itself is lovely with a garden and sea view. In 4 minutes (and a lovely walk through greenery) you are at a tiny supermarket that offers all the basics. And in six to eight minutes you‘re by the water (the way back takes a little longer since it‘s up the hill). The hosts kindly prepared tips for guests as to where to go and what to do, and let me tell you: they have amazing taste in restaurants! We‘d love to come back any time, since we really felt at home.
