Sve je bilo super, lokacija odlična! Domaćin vrlo ljubazan. Apartman moderan i čist!
We loved it here. Super clean, and very well kept. Walkable, but there are lots of stairs. About 15 minutes to Old Town. Ubers came right to us is we wanted a lift to Old Town. Felt super safe.
El alojamiento es igual a las fotos. El anfitrión estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada y de todo lo que necesitamos. Queda a unos 10-15 minutos del old town caminando.
El apartamento es perfecto para parejas o familias (hasta cuatro, no más). Se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila, apartado del centro. Bien equipado, tiene de todo y no vas a echar de menos nada. Está cerca del centro histórico, se puede llegar andando en poco tiempo. Muy importante porque en el centro no se puede aparcar y el alojamiento ofrece parking. Cómodo, limpio y espacioso.
Logement super avec mobilier et déco de qualité , et vue sur la mer. La proximité avec la vieille ville est très appréciable même s'il faut ne pas avoir peur de monter les 400 marches. Notre hôte était très reactif et flexible pour notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Dubrovnik.
Parking pour la voiture .Dix minutes à pied pour descendre car 400 marches par contre Uber pour remonter .Bouteille de vin plus des gâteaux offerts.
El apartamento es muy moderno y limpio pero el acceso es complicado desde la zona de la playa ; restaurantes etc

The appartment was really modern and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was easy to walk down to the old town. Besides, our host Luka was a great guy and always available for questions and help.
Absolut schönes Appartement, gepflegt und sauber mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr schöne Einrichtung und liebevolle Deko. Tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht. Es gab sogar Kekse und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung.
The place is amazing, much nicer than it looks in the photos. The host was super friendly and responsive. Short walk to the beach and the old town. Coming back is a little tough as it's uphill. Overall, amazing value for money.
Washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Nice to have received complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! Clean and private. Liked the balcony with view!

Piękny apartament na wzgórzu, czysty, zadbany, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Z balkonu widok na morze. Obok apartamentu są schody po wejściu trochę wyżej cudowna panorama na cały Dubrownik. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, kontakt wzorowy. Polecam serdecznie.

Excelente piso! Aunque ubicado en la parte de arriba del barrio, tienes la Old Town, el teleférico y la playa de Banje a 10’ minutos andando. Piso en perfecto estado como las fotos y todo súper bueno. No dudaría en volver al piso si vuelvo a Dubrovnik.

A great place to stay very close to Dubrovnik old town. Useful to have a parking space next to the flat too (very steep hill getting to it). Very clean and modern apartment, perfect for stay for a few days. All amenities we could want, appreciated the wine left for us too. Unique in having some semi-outdoor space too. Overall a fantastic stay and would love to stay here again! Worth noting there are lots of steps down to the old town but makes for some great views going down.

Super séjour à Dubrovnik avec ce logement tout équipé et situé à proximité de la vieille ville, de quoi vous assurer vue agréable et tranquillité. Il va vous falloir cependant prendre des forces car le chemin reliant le logement à la vieille ville est (très) éprouvant même si l’option Uber reste un bon plan B. Nous recommandons fortement. Kévin
Sehr schönes, modernes und komfortables Appartment, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Dubrovnik entfernt. Mateo war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und immer für uns zu erreichen. Ideal war, dass wir kostenfrei direkt vor dem Appartment parken konnten. Das Appartment selbst ist modern eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und erfüllte absolut unsere Erwartungen. Wundervoll der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Adria. Der fantastische Ausblick bedeutet allerdings auch, dass die Unterkunft oberhalb der Altstadt liegt. Man muss einige Treppen steigen, um nach unten und auch wieder nach oben zu kommen. Uns hat das nicht gestört, sollte bei der Wahl eines Quartiers außerhalb der Altstadt jedoch bedacht werden. Wir reisten zu 3 (2 Erwachsene, 12jährige Tochter) und waren fast etwas traurig, dass wir nur zwei Nächte Zeit hatten, dass Appartment zu genießen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gern und uneingeschränkt weiter.
Great place! The view is amazing and the space relaxing. The apartment had all the things one could want on a trip. I’d definitely stay there again on my next trip to Dubrovnik
Jasny i duży apartament z miłym balkonem z częściowym widokiem na morze. Apartament jest na wzgórzu, dlatego widoki są piękne. Do centrum ok 10 min, ważne, żeby wziąć pod uwagę, że jest dużo schodów.

Bardzo fajny apartament o wysokim standardzie. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy znajduja sie na miejscu. Ponadto bardzo blisko do Starego Miasta oczywiscie po schodach 5-10 minut. Miejsce parkingowe tez jest. Bardzo dobra obsluga przez Pana Mateo, ktory podpowiada co warto zobaczyc a co jest poprostu naciaganiem turystow. Polecam
The apartment is beautiful and the location is excellent! You need to go down many stairs to get to the old town, but you can take an Uber back that only costs Eur 5. The beds are very comfy. Mateo assisted us all the time, was very responsive, and gave us lots of recommendations. Highly recommended!
Ez az apartman minden igényünket felülmúlta. Modern, gyönyörű, mindennel felszerelt. Gyümölccsel és édességgel vártak, a hűtőbe hideg víz bekészítve. Nekünk igazi főnyeremény volt.

The perfect place for the perfect holiday! We were welcomed by highly-cheered hosts at late hours. Every time, smiling and approachable. Room very clean with all the necessary disinfectant to prevent the covid 19, which is very important. Recommendation for those who want an ideal holiday at a reasonable price.
We had a great stay at TopHill Deluxe property, the place is well equipped , spotless, cozy with a nice terrace view, on a quiet location so we could have a good sleep...parking place was also provided. The host was there to welcome us, and gave us all the info. we needed. Great place!
Great views and good location to the old town. Place was quiet and there was free parking available. Mateo was great, he provided some tips for Dubrovnik sightseeing and restaurants which were awesome. Steps up to the property from the old town. Good exercise when needed. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay
