Opremljeni balkon od 8 m² pruža prekrasan pogled na more.Svaka kuhinja ima pećnicu, perilicu posuđa, hladnjak. Gostima je na raspolaganju električni grill, a u blizini kuće je i malo igralište za djecu (oko 300 m). Grupe mladih nisu dopuštene.
