This stay was great. Water view with such a short walk to the palace. Fabulous restaurants were all around us. Highly recommend. The elevator was a huge plus. The flat was clutter free and clean. Check in and out were very easy. Would definitely stay again.
Perfect location, easy to walk into the old town, and also easy to walk up to the beautiful lookout on Marjan Hill. The apartment is modern, fresh, has everything you could need and nice views of the ocean. It is amazing value for money. Really, we could not fault the property and would recommend it to anybody visiting Split. Thank you Bruno for having us!
We had a lovely stay at Bruno and Vjera's place. Our flight arrived really late at night and Bruno gave us great directions and instructions to check in. Then he met us the next day after we picked up our rental car, to show us where to park and give us the parking card. Having a place, literally 3min walking from old town was perfect and super central for day trips. Beds were really confort able, and the place was great, well decorated and clean. Really way better than the photos. Bruno was a great host and we would definitely stay at his place again!

We had a great stay here. Bruno was super responsive with all of my questions. We loved the location. Just outside the main area but within a short (5minute) walk. Very safe. Perfect for two people.
Thanks to Bruno for your hospitality & a wonderful stay in Split. The apartment was in the perfect location, walking distance to the riva, boat port, restaurants & cafe bars. The pizza bar around the corner at Bokamorra is amazing! The local cafe bar up the street (Bobis Zvoncac) was great for coffee or a bite to eat (also close to a playground & swimming spot). Bruno was a friendly host that gave many recommendations & went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks so much!

The Airbnb was clean, spotless, and exactly like the listed photos. We were traveling with a car and having garage access with an elevator made the stay so seamless. The location was absolutely perfect! It was a short walk to the Riva area and yet out of all the noise so you could sleep peacefully at night. I would highly recommend renting this Airbnb for your next stay in Split. Bruno was so great to work with! He was flexible with our check-in time, as we arrived late at night. We had a great stay in Split! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions, so we could do everything on foot. The private parking was a big plus, very convenient and secure. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the helpful recommendations from our host. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice location just on the fringe of downtown, modern place with beautiful large windows and a nice small view of the sea. Convenient short walk to promenade. Uber/taxi can get right to the door which is nice for arriving and departing with luggage. Very safe area (all of split felt very safe). Great place and would book again for sure. Comfy bed.
We (a couple) enjoyed a great stay of a week at Vjera and Bruno’s new apartment on the doorstep of Old Town in Split. The apartment itself was ideal - in a new building, very clean, well decorated, comfortable king bed, spacious rooms, large closets, strong internet, strong AC units, washing machine, good shower with plenty of hot water, and kitchen with all the utensils we needed. Everything was in full working order. The apartment location was perfect - a 1 minute walk to the lovely promenade and from there a 5 minute walk around the bay to Old Town. The private and secure parking space was very useful for us. All communications were prompt and clear and accurate, with an efficient check-in and check-out process. Bruno provided some really useful suggestions on restaurants, bars, and activities. We strongly recommend this apartment as a great base for spending time in Split and the surrounding area.
Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, yet in a quiet, modern area. The apartment is contemporary, well-equipped, and includes every amenity you might need. The private parking garage is a rare and valuable find in Split. Bruno was incredibly accommodating, meeting us early in the morning—well before check-in—and offering great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Highly recommended!
Unheimlich tolles Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage mit privatem Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sehr hell und top in Schuss. Vom Apartment ist man in ca, 5 Gehminuten auf der Riva. Um die Ecke des Apartments sind die Treppen zum Marjan hinauf. Aus dem Apartment hat man einen sehr schönen Blick zwischen zwei Häusern aufs Meer. Einfach genial. Wir kommen wieder!
Excellent location. Some of the best restaurants are within minutes by foot. Riva is practically right down the street. Host is very friendly and communicated well. Would stay again.

Otimo apartamento, muito bem montado e muito bem situado. Restaurantes, bares e mercados tudo 2 minutos a pé. Excelente cama, e garagem segura incluída! Cidade velha 5 minutos a pé. Se precisar de lugar legal, indico esse apartamento!!!!

Bruno is a great host. Friendly, responsive and helpful with good recommendations. The location couldn't be better, a stone's throw from the harbour and the old city where all the action is. The fact that a parking is included, with an elevator that takes you to the apartment, is worth a special mention, after seeing people drag their luggage along the narrow streets of the old town. The apartment is modern and nice and came with all that I needed. I enjoyed my weeklong stay :).
Bruno is an excellent host, He goes out of his way to accommodate your stay to make it enjoyable. His place has a beautiful view of the Promenade with the large yachts and the Adriatic Sea. Everything is clean and new and spotless. You can walk into town on the Promenade in 10 minutes and ferries in 20 min. There is a grocery store 5 min away. His place is tastefully decorated with local art. You are lucky if the place is available! He is very kind and helpful!
The location of the apartment is the best - at the foot of the old town. The apartment is modern, clean, the kitchen has everything you need. A big plus is that there is private parking. Bruno is a wonderful host. He responded very quickly and clearly to texts and calls. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, some of which we used and were very pleased. If the apartment is available on the days you need, do not hesitate for a second to book.
The apartment has great parking in a private garage with direct access to the apartment. Walking distance to the old town and restaurants, as well as beaches and access to the park. Perfect location.
Bruno is a wonderful host and you can’t beat the location. It even has a water view! The pizza place next to the parking garage is so good we went twice. It can be difficult to find a place with air conditioning, laundry, and a decent shower. This place has it all and then some, enjoy!
I can really recommend this lovely apartment and the host Bruno! Really helpful and responsive if any question. I used many of his recommendations for restaurants in Spilt. Really nice and clean apartment with a great location! The building is really quite and with walking distance to all areas of Split. Everything works perfect in the apartment, AC in both rooms and private parking which I used during my stay. I will definitely come back

Best Airbnb so far on our 10 week trip around Europe. Features we really appreciated were Air con in both bedroom and living area, well equipped kitchen with some basic condiments. Bed very comfortable and shower lovely. Great to have a washer/dryer too. The apartment was perfectly positioned for Split. Right next to the old town but on the quieter side of the town. Bruno was a super responsive host and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Bruno for the great restaurant and touring recommendations too.

Bruno was a fantastic host! He was very friendly and accommodated us with an early check in. He had great recommendations for local restuarants and beaches. He recommended a great travel agent to help arrange our excursions and was always on hand if we had any questions. The airbnb was everything you want and need it to be. The location was perfect! It was only 5 minutes walk into the main town but far enough away that people and traffic are not passing by.

Absolutely loved this stay! Super new and clean space with plenty of room for 1 or 2. Had everything I needed (no microwave fyi) The location is perfect. Walkable to everything, and right near Riva, but quiet and away far enough from the madness Bruno was wonderful and had some great tips.
No problems at all. Bruno is an excellent host. He is available to answer any questions and he gives great advice about what to see and do in Split. We will definitely stay here again should be be back in Split. Bruno and the apartment makes a visit to Split even greater than it already is. The property is ideally situated to easily get around to the sights on Split. Car is not needed. All is easily accessible on foot. The property has an elevator, and is located on a quiet street with a partial view of the sea. It right on the edge of the old town and the large and beautiful park of Marjan is practically in the “back yard.”

Our stay at Bruno’s was just fantastic. First of all, Bruno is an amazing host, super friendly and really kind. Gave great recommendations for restaurants/beaches/shops and also was so quick to respond to any questions. The location is brilliant, walking distance from whatever you would need. The beautiful old town is within a few minutes walk from the apartment with a nice bar along the way. The apartment was so clean and still looked really new in a lovely quiet street. Bruno was full of local knowledge and always available to contact, although we didn’t have to. Great location so you don’t have to walk far to admire beautiful Split. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again because Bruno was very professional indeed, thanks again Bruno!

This apartment is fantastic! You are very close to the old town for activities/walking around but separated enough to enjoy some privacy/quiet if needed. There is a grocery store within a 1-2 minute walk of the apartment. We had all of the amenities we needed for our 3 week stay - a good sized kitchen, nice bathroom, a laundry machine, a dishwasher and a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend Bruno’s apartment.
