Das Apartment war sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Man kam problemlos überall zu Fuss hin. Die Terasse war wunderschön mit schönem Ausblick. Im Apartment war alles wichtige vorhanden und es war sauber. Die Eigentümer sind ganz herzliche, tolle Menschen. Sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Kind ist krank geworden und beide haben sofort geholfen. Der Stil ist im alt, jugoslawischen Stil. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, denke es ist etwas, was man im Hinterkopf behalten sollte beim buchen.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra nella casa di Giorgia. L'appartamento è piccolo ma perfetto per una coppia come noi, c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Giorgia è stata accogliente e molto simpatica. Abbiamo comunicato in italiano, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto perché non conosciamo il croato e in inglese sarebbe stato più difficile.

We had ground floor apartment with beautiful and cosy terrace and parking in front of main door, which was ideal. Georgia is very kind and friendly, even her husband helped us with broken car problem.I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

A szállásadó egy nagyon kedves család, nagyon segítőkész és közvetlen emberek. Jól éreztük magunkat náluk, mintha családtagok lennénk, úgy bántak velünk! 🙂Kifejezetten állat barátok is, ami külön említést érdemel. Csak ajánlani tudom. Remek.elhelyezkedése miatt külön pontot érdemel és nagyon szép a kilátás a tengerre!

Wir hatten sehr nette Vermieter die uns häufig mit Leckeren aus dem Garten oder selbst gebackenem Kuchen verwöhnt haben. Wir wurden mit unserem Hund Frida sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Frida hatte den komplett eingezäunten Garten für sich zum Toben. Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern ziemlich genau, es ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr schön ist auch die Terasse, die von uns häufig genutzt wurde. Die Altstadt, das Meer und viele Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, trotzdem ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegend. If you have a car in Rovinj this is the place to stay, as parking is next to entrance door for easy unloading. Home is a 5 minute walk to center of old town on a safe and lovely street. The home interior needs updating, but if you are looking for a value price and are good with old world decor, it’s an outstanding location.

Eine wunderschöne und familäre Atmosphäre. Die Eigentümer wohnen mit im Haus und verwöhnen einen wirklich liebevoll. Täglich gab es Köstlichkeiten aus dem eigenen Garten. Feigen, Paprika und die leckersten Tomaten der Welt. Toll ist zudem der eigene Parkplatz und wir hatten einen nicht einsehbaren Balkon mit Meerblick. Paradiesisch! Gutes Internet und eine tolle Klimaanlage. Fussläufig ca 500m bis zur Hafenpromenade. Den Berg runter…Den musste wieder hoch.😂

A Szállásadó nagyon közvetlen volt és segítőkész. A szállás nagyon jó helyen volt a továbbképzésem helyszínéhez. Minden megtalálható volt benne amire szükségünk volt.

Logement spacieux pour 2-3 personnes style plutôt rustique, à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Les hôtes très accueillants, j'avais loué chez eux un vélo mais la ville est en pente et les freins ne marchaient pas très bien, on m'a de suite proposé le remplacement que j'ai refusé préférant la marche à pied, on m'a alors remboursé sans que je le demande. Le seul point négatif est l'absence d'un sèche-cheveux.

Die Vermittlung durch Vedran hat gut geklappt, sowie der Check-In mit dem Gastgeber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Betreffend der Wohnung habe ich bei der Bewertung schon einiges gesagt, was nicht gut ist und man unbedingt verbessern sollte. Eine Liegenschaft sollte halt laufend gepflegt werden, dann bleiben die Kosten auch geringer. Der Aufenthalt in Rovinj hat sich aber sicher gelohnt und wird nicht unser letzter sein. It was fantastic holiday time in this apartment. In the apartment was everything what you need. The owners of the house are very kind and really nice people. We were talking a lot with them. The location is great. It was only few minutes by walk to the center of Rovinj.
