Die kleine Ferienwohnung in Šibenik liegt direkt am Meer und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es einige gemütliche Cafés, die zum Verweilen einladen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, auch wenn es kleinere Mängel gibt, die jedoch kaum ins Gewicht fallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet Fragen jederzeit zuverlässig. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub.
Very nice host. Perfect location. Only gripe: The bed was horrendous - just a couch with a completely run down matress.
The place was very clean and in a fantastic location. The parking was only a short walk away, which was definitely a plus for us. The studio is small but had everything we needed for a short stay. At night it can be a bit noisy due to traffic in front of the house, but it honestly didn’t bother us at all. On the upside, as soon as you step outside, you’re right by the water – which was wonderful. The only downside for us was the sofa bed. It seems to be a bit older: on one side you can feel some uncomfortable metal bars, and on the other side there’s a dip that makes you sink in. With back issues, it’s not ideal. It would be great if this could be updated, as we would definitely love to come back.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is right on the waterfront and just steps away from all the restaurants, so you’re in the heart of everything. It’s very easy to access – no steep stairs to deal with, which is a real bonus compared to other places in town. The space itself is small, but perfect as a crashpad – you’ll likely spend most of your time exploring the area anyway. It’s affordable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being so close to the restaurants and fishing boats does mean you’ll hear some evening and early morning noise, but that’s part of being in such a central spot. The car park is about a 10-minute walk away, but it’s a lovely stroll along the coast, so not a problem at all. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a convenient, budget-friendly place to base yourself while enjoying the area.

Vrlo kvalitetan smještaj. Više nego dobro opremljen, odlično za dvoje ljudi. Domaćin vrlo susretljiv i ljubazan, šalje sve upute i objašnjenja. Sve što je potrebno je već u smještaju, od začina do toaletnih potrepština tako da se za to ne treba brinuti tijekom smještaja.
Odlična lokacija. Uredno, čisto.

Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader voor als je enkele dagen in Sibenik verblijft. De locatie is geweldig en alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Het is wel heel klein, waardoor het niet geschikt is voor een langer verblijf. Buiten kan het ook lawaaierig zijn, maar dit stoorde ons eigenlijk niet echt. We hebben zeer genoten van ons verblijf in Sibenik en prijs-kwaliteit zou ik dit appartement echt aanraden!

Tolles kleines Apartment für Singles oder junge Paare die Sibenik erleben wollen! Für Jungen Eltern mit jungen Kind eher nicht zu empfehlen. Nichts desto trotz, super Kommunikation zwischen Tea und uns:) Sie hat uns direkt ein Babybett empfohlen, ein Hochstuhl etc. Wir würden wieder kommen, dann aber nur wenn wir Kindfrei haben :P
Logement simple mais idéalement positionné avec une vue sur le port très sympa . Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
L’emplacement est parfait juste au bord de l’eau. Le parking est à 10 min à pieds et pour rejoindre l’appartement vous longez le bord de mer ce qui est agréable et vous passez même sur un point de vue sur la ville. Tout est accessible à pieds. Attention cependant sur les photos on croit qu’il y a un extérieur mais c’est le devant de l’appartement qui est commun aux autres appartements et qui donne sur la rue. A 20 min en voiture du parc national de krka. Notez cependant que c’est en ville et qu’il y a du passage, vous entendez tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue et la porte d’entrée est vitrée sans volets donc vous avez la lumière de la rue toute la nuit. Le lit n’était pas super confortable non plus mais cela fait l’affaire pour 2 nuits.

Extraordinary location right next to the sea. Cozy and calm part of the city, yet super close to the center. Only small downside was no showergel, and no cooking Oil. To note aswell is that the tiny top part of the fridge that is supposed to be a freezer, doenst freeze Well, so we had to throw out a bunch of icecreams we bought as they turned liquid

Great little studio! Within easy walking distance of the bus station, old town and beach! Very clean and well equipped. Prompt and helpful communication. Would definitely recommend!

Super séjour , l’appartement est super bien situé , tout se fait à pied , hôte très réactif et agréable ! Le plus c’est la climatisation 🤩je ne peux que recommander cette appartement !!!

Kleine studio maar net groot genoeg voor een koppel! Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand, restaurantjes en het centrum. Goede parking. Goede communicatie, wel niemand persoonlijk gezien. Geen tips gekregen voor Sibenik of omgeving. Veel licht vroeg in de ochtend doordat er geen gordijn is. Geen manier om badhanddoeken, strandhanddoeken en zwemgerief te drogen. Airco maakt veel lawaai dus kan niet snachts aangezet worden. Veel lawaai van buiten. Het terras op de foto’s is direct aan de straatkant en is gemeenschappelijk. Er is geen muggenraam waardoor het moeilijk is om de ruimte eens te verluchten. Ik raad het aan voor 1-3 nachten!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sibénik. L'endroit est plutot calme et proche de toutes commodités (plage, restaurants, centre ville, épicerie...)

Excellent location, right next to the sea and on walkable distance to city attractions. Small space but contains everything necessary. We stayed for three nights and would recommend it if you are planning to vist Sibenik for few days.
Place was smaller than we thought it would be ,also we didn’t have hot water the last 2 days,we managed and it was an okay Airbnb. View is gorgeous and the little town is too.
Mega Standort. Sehr zentral und Parkplatz ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Super netter Kontakt. Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen aber doch recht klein für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Beautiful location a bit quieter than the center but very very close with restaurants and beach very close, beautiful view and amazing communication. Great studio apartment with all appliances you would need available. Only problem the bathroom, the shower is not divided so the heater gets EVERYWHERE but they said they’re already aware of it and a small spider here and there but it’s normal and the little terrace from the pictures is communal which was not very clear on the pictures. Would totally recommend!! And sibenik is a total must!
Perfecte locatie, bijzonder vriendelijke host, goeie communicatie, parking werd voorzien. Ruimte is niet ontzettend groot, maar al het nodige is aanwezig. Op de foto’s lijkt het terras iets indrukwekkender dan in werkelijkheid (tafeltje met twee stoeltjes naast ingang ruimte waar mogelijks auto voor geparkeerd staat), maar fijn dat het aanwezig is.
Ideal location right by the beach, waterfront, and old town and only a short walk to supermarkets and the bus station, also much quieter than the 'town' end of the waterfront which was nice. Couldn't have been in a more perfect location. Room and host were great :)

Super séjour passé à Sibenik. L'hôte est très sympathique et flexible sur les arrivées. Le logement est beau, propre et idéalement situé sur le port face à la mer. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Idéalement situé sur le port, près des restaurants de la vieille ville. Peut être un peu bruyant par moments. Plage accessible, et parking voiture à 10 mn à pied. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Petit studio au rez-de-chaussée très agréable, propre et très bien placé dans la vieille ville. Une petite table et chaises d'extérieur venaient compléter l'espace sur le palier d'entrée....dommage qu'il n'ait pas fait beau, nous en aurions bien profité. La communication était excellente avant et pendant le séjour. Disponibilité de notre hôte au top!

we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. je loopt vanuit de voordeur binnen 15 meter naar de kade met een geweldig uitzicht over het water. Het is ook erg rustig en je bent van alle gemakken voorzien. aardige host!
We were really happy with our choice, the room is rather small and the bed is a bit uncomfortable but the location and surroundings make up for it. Check-in was flexible, it was clean and tidy. Life right at the waterfront is exciting but it was not as loud as we expected, which might have to do with the time of year. Bars, Restaurants, Shops are all very near. The parking lot, to which the hosts direct you, is about 7-8 min on foot, above Banj Beach. Definitely come here for a short stay in Šibenik. The sun sets right in front of the studio!
L'appartement est très sympa et vraiment très bien placé, très proche du centre historique et à 10m de la mer. Il est pratique avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix, et un stationnement est prévu ! Je recommande sans problème.
I can recommend the place to all those who want to feel the atmosphere of the local inhabitants of Sibenik. Quiet place in the port part of Sibenik, very close to the center. Host are friendly and willing to help. Every thing as described, I definitely recommend it! Thank You Tea ❤️

This Airbnb is exactly how it looks in the photos! The location is in the heart of the old town and has a beautiful sunset out front. It has kitchen amenities and a smart TV to use which we enjoyed! For the price it is worth booking. Me and my partner did struggle sleeping here though as we found the bed slightly uncomfortable and the door window has no cover so light comes in room early - maybe bring eye mask!!

Everything was just as it needs to be. The host was friendly and really helpful. We had to leave one day earlier and she was understanding and refunded our money for that day. The apartment we stayed at is perfect for a couple. The location was gorgeous and the parking is about 10 minutes away from the apartment which is great because in Sibenik there are not as many parking spots especially affordable ones. Would absolutely recommend First Class Croatia and hopefully next summer we get to go to Murter and stay at one of their apartments. 🥰

Tiny but friendly apartment in the center of Sibenik, very well located, with enough space to spend a few nights in the city. Either walking to the beach, or to the city center it takes 5-10 minutes. Krka National Park is also nearby. - We had an amazing holiday.

Smještaj je bio fantastičan - par metara od mora, tri minute od plaže, minutu od trgovine, restorana i kafića. Savršen za dvije osobe! Vrlo ugodan i jednostavan check-in, a čistoća i urednost apartmana izvanredni. Ležaj je bio kauč na razvlačenje, sasvim udoban. Temperatura u smještaju je bila savršena za ljetne dane, nismo imali potrebu uopće paliti klimu često. Sve izgleda kao na fotografijama. Sve preporuke!
We had the most comfortable stay. Check in was smooth and easy, and the location is so convenient. Room was excellent, perfect size for 2 people. Would highly recommend this place!
Although the studio apartment is really small, it had everything we needed. It is clean, and has enough of towels and the rest of things you’d need for your stay. The communication was fast and easy. Would recommend! :)

We spent 10 days in this property, that was the best choice for us! Location is perfect in the old town, the beach is maximum 6 mins on foot, Tea was very kind and helpful! We highly recommend this accommodation!
Sehr gute unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Das Studio ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos vermittelt wird, aber auch sehr gut gelegen und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Leider mussten wir früher Abreisen als geplant.... Dafür war Tea echt entgegenkommend und hat einer Rückerstattung der nicht genutzten Tage zugestimmt. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür. Perfect for a little getaway - very small but accurate to descriptions so perfect if you’ll just be popping in and out of the apartment. Location is great. Only problem was not hot water but also not the worst thing when it’s 30+ degrees! Many thanks.
